#NACIONAL | Hernán ‘N’, exsecretario de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana de Tabasco y presunto líder de La Barredora, fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de asociación delictuosa, secuestro exprés y extorsión, por los que podría alcanzar hasta 158 años de prisión.
El Abuelo o El Comandante H fue expulsado de Paraguay el 17 de septiembre, por lo que fue trasladado a México en un avión Bombardier Challenger 605, matrícula XB-NWD, de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR).
Las investigaciones indican que las actividades ilícitas las habría desarrollado cuando fue servidor público en Tabasco durante el mandato del ahora legislador federal, Adán Augusto López.
La audiencia de continuación fue celebrada en el distrito judicial de Villahermosa, en donde un juez local determinó que había los elementos suficientes para vincularlo al proceso.
El proceso judicial fue reanudado a las 11:00 horas de ayer martes y concluyó a las 13:00 horas, se realizó en privado, sin que se pormenorizara qué parte solicitó esta medida.
Por cierto, se concedió un plazo de investigación complementaria de tres meses, en tanto deberá de permanecer recluido en la prisión federal del Altiplano, ubicada del municipio de Almoloya de Juárez, Estado de México.
La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) cuenta con una orden de aprehensión vigente en contra de El Abuelo por su probable participación en los delitos de delincuencia organizada y secuestro agravado, sin embargo, la misma no le ha sido cumplimentada.
De acuerdo con el fiscal general de Tabasco, Óscar Tonatiuh Vázquez Landeros, los delitos contemplan sanciones que van de 50 a 100 años por secuestro, de 7.5 a 18 años por asociación delictuosa y de 20 a 40 años por extorsión.
Es importante destacar que esta fue la segunda audiencia en menos de 15 días, desde que se dio la detención en Paraguay.
De acuerdo a la Fiscalía General del Estado, se aportaron las pruebas necesarias basadas en un trabajo de investigación para lograr que el Juez de Control lograra la vinculación a proceso.
